It’s a month into the new year and we think a moment for reflection, reset, and release on the year so far is much needed. Feel the same way? Join us for an Inner Circle reset and release on Sunday, February 12th. Let’s take this time together for some introspection and reflection.

Please bring something to share with the group, a full water bottle, and something to sit on and arrive promptly at 12pm on Sunday out of respect for everyone’s time. Location to be disclosed to members upon RSVP to this email.

What is Gestalt? Gestalt is a form of therapy in which we can explore the depths of our feelings in a somatic way. It exists within the container of being witnessed by our community without judgment or response. We like to host these two-minute-per-person weather reports monthly to check in with ourselves and see how we are REALLY doing.
